1. Reservations. All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation code is issued.

2. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the first night's rate. No-shows are charged in full.

3. City Tax. A city tax of $4.99 per person per night applies to all stays as required by local regulations.

4. Events. Event bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

5. House Rules. Guests must respect quiet hours (10PM–7AM), maintain cleanliness, and follow all security protocols. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

6. Liability. Primeshare is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay.

7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon.
